My Background
Born and raised in Malta, a country renowned for its rich history and vibrant gastronomy, I was inspired from a young age by the culinary talents of my mother and grandparents. My passion for cooking led me to embark on my culinary journey at the age of 16, enrolling in the Institute of Tourism Studies.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have had the privilege of working in high-end hotels and restaurants both locally and internationally. At the age of 28, I proudly opened my first award-winning restaurant, which continues to thrive under my management.
In addition to my restaurant, I offer private chef service, consultancy services, drawing on my extensive experience in Malta and Spain.
